Nkangala District Municipality is seeking to appoint a panel of accredited training service providers to deliver various training interventions and programmes. The contract will run for a period of thirty-six months. The scope of work includes conducting skills audits, facilitating workshops, and managing training processes such as assessments, moderation, and certification. The service providers will act as the implementing agent between the municipality and institutions of higher learning. The municipality may request additional training as needed to address service delivery gaps. The project aims to support employees, interns, councillors, and community members. The tender process involves a competitive bidding system where successful applicants will be placed on a panel to provide services as requested over the three-year term. The closing date for submissions is 02 November 2026 at 12:00 PM.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
Full requirements
- Accreditation by relevant SETA and/or QCTO
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Professional Indemnity insurance of at least R500,000.00
- Key personnel must hold relevant academic qualifications and professional registrations
- Must provide appointment letters for facilitators, assessors, and moderators
- Minimum of three reference letters proving previous experience
