The goal is to support the transition toward a digitally enabled, insights-driven operating model. Key deliverables include strategic finance advisory, ERP optimization, risk and audit guidance, data analytics maturity, and talent professionalization. The provider must be an established research organization with a verifiable client base of over 5,000 enterprises. The contract requires the provision of 3 user licenses and expert guidance on mission-critical finance priorities. Bidders must demonstrate a proven track record in supporting large-scale finance transformation initiatives and senior finance executives. The work is to be performed for Rand Water, with the final submission deadline set for 13 October 2026.
