The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) is seeking a service provider for Cyber Security Monitoring and Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services. The project will take place at the SACAA offices in Centurion over a three-year period. The successful bidder will operate a 24/7/365 Cyber Risk Operations Center using Trend Micro technologies. Key deliverables include continuous threat detection, incident response, platform administration, enterprise-wide cyber risk scoring, and regular security awareness training. The scope covers the monitoring of cloud and on-premise environments, including Azure infrastructure and virtual machines. All administrative staff must be based in South Africa. The tender closes on 24 June 2026.
