Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) invites lease applications for premises at the Port of Richards Bay, specifically located at Sub 21 (of 8) Lot 5333. The tender (Reference: RCB 10/2026/04) offers a lease period of up to 15 years for a site area of 2,014.98 m². The premises are intended for commercial or industrial office use, as well as equipment or clean cargo storage. • Minimum 2 years relevant operational experience with 2 reference letters
• Valid Certificate of Compliance (COC) for electrical installations
