The project requires a 12-month warranty period and skills transfer for five employer civil engineers. The project duration is 42 months, with a site access date of 28 September 2026. Bidders must attend a compulsory site briefing on 10 June 2026. The project must adhere to National Key Point security standards and ISO 9001 quality management protocols.
