Description

The uMsinga Local Municipality is seeking a service provider to complete the Phase 2 Solomon-Linda Town Urban Design Framework and Implementation Plan. The project involves finishing urban design work, conducting specialist studies such as environmental and geotechnical assessments, and managing statutory planning processes under SPLUMA and NEMA. The work also includes cadastral surveys and land registration support. The project must be completed within eighteen months. The service provider will build upon existing baseline data to finalize the framework for Council adoption. This work will take place within the uMsinga Local Municipality area.
