The Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) is seeking a service provider for gardening and landscaping services at its Head Office in Midrand. The contract will run for a period of thirty-six months. The scope of work includes comprehensive grounds maintenance, such as lawn mowing, tree pruning, irrigation system repairs, and exterior surface cleaning. The service provider must manage waste removal and provide a dedicated team consisting of five full-time groundsmen and one supervisor. The site covers approximately 22,200 square meters. The supervisor must hold an NQF Level 6 qualification in Horticulture with at least five years of experience. Bidders must provide three written reference letters from previous clients.
