The provider is responsible for all learner logistics, including airport shuttles, accommodation, meals, and laundry services. Theoretical and practical assessments are required to confirm learner competence. The municipality will schedule learners in phases based on operational needs. Any waste produced during training must be disposed of at a registered landfill site.
