The Department of Sport, Arts & Culture invites service providers to tender for pest control services at three Pretoria facilities: the National Archives and Records Service, the National Film, Video and Sound Archive, and the Old State Library Building. The contract covers a 36-month period from October 2026 to September 2029. The scope includes fumigation for various insects and rodent control using bait stations. Services inside buildings must occur on Saturdays, while external treatments may happen during the week. The provider must submit a treatment schedule, provide job cards for each service, and supply safety gear for accompanying staff. Banned chemicals are strictly prohibited. The tender uses an 80/20 preference point system for evaluation.
