The South African Nuclear Energy Corporation (Necsa) is seeking a service provider to deliver training on 11kV cable termination and joints. This project involves training for three units. The work will take place at Necsa facilities. To qualify, bidders must meet a minimum functional threshold of 80 out of 100 points. Evaluation criteria include the ability to conduct training within one week of receiving a purchase order, proof of relevant SETA registration, and documented industry experience. The closing date for submissions is 15 October 2026 at 11:00 am. All quotes must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date.
What you need to qualify
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
