Description
The Gautrain Management Agency invites bids for the supply and delivery of stationery and office consumables to eight Driving Licence Testing Centres. The contract will run for three years, starting in October 2026. The service provider must manage a product catalogue and ensure deliveries within three working days, with emergency orders fulfilled within 24 hours. Deliveries are required to the Midrand office or any location within 5km of a Gautrain station. The project involves high-volume supply of paper, printer toners, and general office stationery.
Full requirements
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Minimum technical functionality score of 75 points
- Five years of relevant company experience
- Proof of five completed contracts valued at R250,000 or more
- Five contactable reference letters on client letterheads
- Assigned Account Manager with five years of experience
- Valid Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Commissioner
