Performance Management Policy and SOP Development

Description

Joburg Water is seeking a service provider to review and develop a new Performance Management Policy and Standard Operating Procedures. The project involves conducting a diagnostic assessment of current practices, creating a competency framework for leadership, and establishing performance cascading guidelines. The successful bidder will provide an industry benchmark report, updated templates, and project management plans, while presenting findings to the Board and HR committees. This work will take place in Johannesburg and aims to align organizational strategy with best practice principles. The project requires a lead consultant with an NQF7 qualification and five years of relevant experience. The tender follows an 80/20 evaluation system and must be completed within the specified validity period.

What you need to qualify

• CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
• Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
• B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.

Full requirements

• Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate or SARS PIN
• Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Minimum 5 years experience in performance management development
• Minimum 3 signed and dated company references
• Project Lead must hold NQF7 qualification and 5 years relevant experience
