The Ingquza Hill Local Municipality is seeking a service provider to review and develop their Housing Sector Plan. The project will take place across the entire municipal area over a six-month period. Key deliverables include a comprehensive analysis of housing challenges, the creation of an integrated Municipal Housing Sector Plan, and the alignment of this plan with existing development frameworks. The service provider must also facilitate stakeholder engagement, provide ward-based mapping, and establish monitoring frameworks. The project requires a team led by a registered professional, such as a Town Planner or Human Settlement Specialist, with at least five years of relevant experience. The final output must be an approved and adopted housing sector plan, supported by detailed reports, project pipelines, and promotional materials like banners and booklets.
