Description

The Department of Water and Sanitation is seeking a service provider to perform medical surveillance assessments for the Raising of the Clanwilliam Dam project in the Western Cape. The project involves providing on-site and off-site medical examinations for approximately 500 employees. Key services include pre-employment, annual, and exit medicals, which cover physical examinations, vision and hearing tests, lung function tests, and drug screenings. The successful bidder must also coordinate chest X-rays and maintain detailed medical records. The contract will run for 12 months or until the project value is reached. Services must begin within 10 working days of receiving an order. The provider must ensure all staff, including Occupational Health Practitioners and Nurses, are appropriately qualified and registered with relevant professional bodies.
