Description

The Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (MLRF) invites bids for security services at the Paarden Eiland Facility in Cape Town. The project involves providing 24-hour armed response, installing and repairing electric fencing, intruder beams, and CCTV cameras, and monitoring systems after hours. The successful service provider will also maintain all security electronic systems for a period of 36 months. A compulsory site visit is scheduled for 12 June 2026. Bidders must ensure a response time of under 10 minutes for alarms and maintain a local control room within 50 km of the site.
