Description
The City of Mbombela invites bids for the supply, delivery, and offloading of branded tourism promotional equipment. This project supports the Tourism Products and Establishments Support Programme. The required items include branded gazebos, tablecloths, foldable tables, directors chairs, back-drop banners, and business cards. All items must feature full-colour branding with the company name and logo. The work will take place in the City of Mbombela, and all goods must be delivered within seven calendar days of contract acceptance. The tender is issued by the City of Mbombela. The closing date for submissions is 10 June 2026 at 11:00. No briefing session will be held for this project. Bidders must provide unit prices for all items, and the final price must include VAT and delivery costs. The project will be evaluated using the 80/20 preference point system.
