- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.

- Must hold ISO 9001 certification or documented QMS
- Must provide valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing
- Must submit signed OHS policy and safety plan
- Must provide baseline OHS risk assessment and method statements
- Must provide audited financial statements for previous 18 months
- Must provide valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Must provide proof of personnel competency and certifications
