Description

The South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC) is seeking a service provider to offer expert legal, governance, and financial risk advice. The project aims to help the SAMRC meet specific conditions set by the Minister of Health for establishing a fundraising foundation. Key tasks include providing a formal legal opinion on the foundation's structure, ensuring compliance with public finance and non-profit laws, and creating a governance framework. The successful bidder must deliver an independent verification report for the Minister within one month. The work will be conducted for the SAMRC.
