The Department of Agriculture is seeking a service provider to review and realign the Farmtogether skills training programme with the Quality Council for Trade and Occupations (QCTO) model. The project will take place over seven months and includes work in the Mpumalanga and Northwest provinces. Key deliverables include an inception report, a review report, QCTO registration, a pilot study, and a final close-out report with all training materials. The service provider must have experience in facilitating the Farmtogether Agricultural Cooperative training program and must have completed at least three previous training sessions in their accredited fields.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
Full requirements
- Valid AgriSETA accreditation certificate or confirmation letter
- Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate
- Registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Minimum functionality score of 60 points
