The Technology Innovation Agency (TIA) is seeking a service provider to implement an integrated Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) for its staff and their families. The contract will run for 24 months, with an option to extend for an additional 12 months. The successful bidder will provide 24/7 support services, including a toll-free helpline, psychosocial counseling in all official languages, and mental health interventions. The scope also includes executive coaching, preventative health screenings, and wellness training. The provider must deliver monthly and quarterly reports with data analytics to track organizational trends. The work will be performed for TIA, and the provider must demonstrate at least five years of experience in managing wellness programs within the public or technology sectors.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
