The supplier must have a quarry located within a 100km radius of the Ntabelanga Dam site camp. The Department will handle the collection of the stones, but the supplier is responsible for loading services. The supplier must be able to commence supply within 14 days of receiving an order and must provide weighbridge slips for every load. The contract requires a firm unit price per ton, and the supplier must be prepared to respond to any reported issues within 24 hours. The closing date for this tender is 02 October 2026 at 11:00.
