The Water Research Commission (WRC) has issued a Request for Information (RFI 019/05/26-27) to identify service providers capable of delivering a 360-degree employee feedback assessment solution. The project aims to evaluate employee skills, behaviors, and competencies for approximately 90 staff members to support leadership development and organizational efficiency. The selected solution must include a secure online platform for automated survey distribution, data management, and the generation of both individual and organizational reports. Key deliverables include a detailed methodology, sample reporting templates, and a pricing model for the 2026/27 financial year. This process is intended to gather information on tools and best practices to inform future procurement strategies. Interested parties must demonstrate relevant experience in administering similar assessments and provide evidence of data security compliance. The closing date for submissions is 10 June 2026 at 11h00.
