Description

The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) invites bids for the renewal of LogRhythm SIEM licensing and the provision of 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) support services. The contract covers a 12-month period and includes real-time monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, and platform maintenance. Services must be hosted within South Africa to support CSOS offices located in Centurion, Gauteng, Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Gqeberha, Polokwane, and George. The project requires full deployment within 30 days of signing the Service Level Agreement. Key deliverables include valid license renewals, monthly performance reports, incident forensic analysis, and staff training.

What you need to qualify

• CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
• Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
• B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
• Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

• Valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
• Certified LogRhythm partner or reseller
• Functional 24/7 SOC capability with qualified personnel
• Contactable references for similar SIEM/SOC services within five years
