The site includes a building intended for equipment storage and office use. The lease term is up to five years. Bidders must provide a business plan, market analysis, and maintenance plan. The property is leased on an 'as is' basis, and the tenant is responsible for all necessary upgrades and repairs. A non-compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 21 October 2026. The closing date for submissions is 20 November 2026.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
