Closing dates for submissions are 26 October 2026 for fuel and stoves, 28 October 2026 for game removal, and 9 November 2026 for civil works.

- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Manufacturer affidavit confirming gel fuel quality
- Signed supply undertaking for outsourced goods
- Valid permits and licenses for game management and hunting
- Active CIDB registration (Grades 1-3 in CE or GB)
