The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking a service provider to perform cleaning services at their Hatfield office located at PRASA House, 1040 Burnett Street, Pretoria. This contract will run for a period of four months, starting on 14 January 2027. The scope of work includes daily and periodic cleaning of offices, kitchens, ablution facilities, and common areas, as well as waste disposal and meeting room support. The provider must supply all SABS-approved cleaning consumables and equipment. A compulsory site visit is scheduled for 19 October 2026 at 11:00. The tender is evaluated using an 80/20 preference point system. All work must be completed to high standards, with specific requirements for staffing levels and emergency repair turnarounds for equipment.
