Description
The Department of Public Works and Infrastructure invites service providers to tender for off-site travel management services. The project involves arranging domestic accommodation for employees, learners, and stakeholders in the Chris Hani District for a 12-month period. The service provider must obtain competitive price quotations, manage travel vouchers, provide 24-hour emergency support, and consolidate invoices for the department. All work must align with National Treasury travel frameworks and cost containment measures. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 10 June 2026 at the Chris Hani district offices in Komani. The contract operates on an as-and-when-required basis, and bidders must provide fixed transaction service fees for the duration of the project.
Full requirements
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must have valid SARS tax compliance status
- Must attend the compulsory briefing session
- Must not be listed on the Register of Bid Defaulters or SCM abuse records
