Description

What you need to qualify

  • CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
  • Registered company — An active CIPC-registered company in good standing.
  • Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
  • B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
  • CIDB grading (Grade 7 Civil Engineering (7CE)) — A Construction Industry Development Board grade in the right class of works.
  • Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
  • Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

  • Valid SANAS accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
  • Proof of financial standing via bank and solvency letters
  • CIPC, Partnership, JV, or Trust registration documentation
  • Proof of ownership or lease for two mechanical road marking machines
  • Key personnel CVs and certified qualification certificates
  • Aviation liability insurance for landside and airside operations
