Description

The National Lotteries Commission is seeking a catering service provider for an education and awareness workshop. The event will take place on 22 October 2026 at Lerumo Primary School in Dithakong, Northern Cape. The service provider must supply pre-packaged lunches for 100 delegates, including starch, meat, vegetables, salads, and beverages. The provider is responsible for all catering equipment, including cutlery and tablecloths, and must ensure all waste is removed from the venue. The project is a one-day engagement.

  • CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
  • Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
  • B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
  • Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
  • Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

  • Certificate of Acceptability for food premises from a Northern Cape municipality
  • Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
  • Proof of registration and good standing with the Compensation Fund (COIDA)
