The Public Service Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA) is seeking a service provider for WAN services, internet connectivity, and Active Directory migration. The project involves migrating on-premises Active Directory to a private cloud, managing SD-WAN services, providing internet connectivity with 98% uptime, and implementing ICT security measures. The contract duration is twelve months, starting 01 October 2026. Key deliverables include configuring cloud-based PABX, VoIP solutions, and maintaining centralized next-generation firewalls. Bidders must provide a dedicated project management team and five technical experts. The work will take place at the PSETA offices in Pretoria.
