The successful bidder will be responsible for the secure collection, transport, and storage of 50 tapes in a temperature-controlled, fireproof, and SABS-approved vault. Key deliverables include weekly tape rotation, maintaining a barcoded audit trail, and providing 24/7 emergency access. All transport must use tamper-proof seals. The service provider must ensure full compliance with data protection regulations and maintain high-security standards for all stored media. - Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
