Description
NRF iThemba LABS is seeking a service provider to publish the proceedings for the Seventh Biennial Workshop on Discovery Physics at the LHC (Kruger2026). The work involves publishing 50 papers and approximately 300 pages of open-access scientific content. Key deliverables include assigning DOI identifiers, indexing through CrossRef, performing quality editing, and maintaining the proceedings online indefinitely. The service provider must manage submissions via a stable online platform and ensure the content is discoverable in major academic databases. The project requires the final publication to be completed by 30 June 2027.
Full requirements
- Registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must provide valid Tax Compliance PIN
- Must provide valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Proven experience managing conference proceedings of over 100 papers
- Must possess a stable online submission management platform
- Evidence of indexing in recognized academic databases
