The National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF) is inviting legal service providers to join a panel for a three-year term. The work will be based in Johannesburg. The selected panel will provide expert legal support in areas including compliance, commercial law, general litigation, labour law, media and entertainment law, and intellectual property. Key deliverables include providing legal opinions, drafting contracts, and representing the organization in court or disciplinary matters. Bidders must demonstrate relevant experience through signed completion letters and provide CVs for key staff members. The tender closes on 28 October 2026.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- VAT registration — A registered VAT vendor number with SARS.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

- Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate for all directors and partners
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Proof of VAT registration
- Minimum functionality score of 75 points
