The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Social Development is seeking a service provider to conduct training on interpreting and managing workplace conflicts. The training is intended for 50 officials, including social workers and supervisors, and will take place in Durban over a period of three working days. The selected provider must facilitate the learning, provide all necessary course materials and training equipment, conduct assessments, and issue certificates of completion. The project requires two classes to be facilitated by one trainer. All bid prices must include VAT, and the department will process payments within 30 days of receiving an invoice.
