Travel Management Services for Ingonyama Trust Board.

Description

The Ingonyama Trust Board is seeking a service provider to manage travel and accommodation services for a period of thirty-six months. The scope of work includes booking domestic and international flights, arranging accommodation and car rentals, managing travel itineraries, and providing visa assistance. The service provider must also offer 24-hour emergency support, maintain traveler profiles, and provide monthly reports on travel costs and savings. All services must be delivered within a two-hour turnaround time, and the provider is expected to negotiate competitive government rates while adhering to National Treasury cost containment policies. The work will be based in Pietermaritzburg, and the tender closes on 14 August 2026.

What you need to qualify

• CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
• Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
• Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).

Full requirements

• Must hold valid IATA Accreditation Certificate
• Must hold valid ASATA Membership Certificate
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
• Must provide valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN
• Must provide three reference letters from similar projects
• Must provide CVs for project leader and team members
