The successful bidder must prepare and deliver various dietary menus, including therapeutic options like diabetic and low-cholesterol meals, following specific nutritional guidelines. Services include the supply and delivery of meals, and the provider must utilize the Food Fundi program for menu analysis. Bidders must have a registered dietician available and demonstrate the financial capacity to manage the service.
