The Road Accident Fund (RAF) is seeking an experienced South African media monitoring agency to track and analyze media coverage across print, broadcast, online, and social media platforms. The successful bidder will provide daily data feeds, secure web-based system access for RAF staff, and comprehensive analytical reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Key deliverables include tracking RAF spokespersons, monitoring specific keywords, and assessing reputational impact. All services must be performed in-house, as sub-contracting is prohibited. The contract duration is six months. The project requires strict adherence to data protection standards, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), and the implementation of robust physical and digital security measures to protect sensitive RAF information.

- Valid tax compliance status with SARS
- Must be based in South Africa with in-house service delivery capabilities
- Three signed client reference letters from the last five years
- Valid medical certificate for suppliers with a disability
- Must possess physical security infrastructure including surveillance, access control, and fire suppression
