Description

The Department of Water and Sanitation invites bids for the supply and delivery of oil drip trays and spill kits for the Clanwilliam Dam Project in the Western Cape. The project requires 200 heavy-duty polyethylene oil drip trays and 50 universal 240L wheelie bin spill kits. The successful bidder must provide a delivery schedule within five working days of acceptance, with deliveries starting within ten working days of the first order. Deliveries are restricted to weekdays between 08:00 and 15:00, excluding public holidays and specific year-end periods. All prices must be all-inclusive, covering transport and overheads, as no price adjustments are permitted. The contract will be managed under the 80/20 preference point system.
