The grass must be weed-free, broad-leafed, and suitable for full sun and high-traffic sports grounds. The delivery must be made to the Kalkrug Depot in Saldanha within 14 days of receiving an official order. Contractors are responsible for managing any waste generated during the delivery process and must dispose of it at a registered facility. The project is managed by the Saldanha Bay Municipality, and the closing date for all submissions is 09 October 2026.
