The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) is seeking a research agency to conduct an independent client satisfaction survey. The work will take place at the SACAA offices in Centurion. The project involves developing a survey methodology, managing data collection, identifying service delivery gaps, and providing actionable insights. Key deliverables include a final research report, a presentation of findings for executive stakeholders, and a training workshop for management. The project fieldwork must be completed by the end of the fourth quarter of the financial year. Bidders must demonstrate relevant corporate or government research experience, provide professional references, and present a qualified project team with specific experience in stakeholder perception surveys.
What you need to qualify
- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
Full requirements
- Must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Must possess a valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or certificate
- Must provide a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
- Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant corporate or government research experience
- Minimum 3 reference letters from previous clients
- Must provide CVs for at least three qualified team members
