This project will run for a period of five years. The work involves structural repairs to enrolled properties on a rotational basis across South Africa. Key deliverables include professional waterproofing services, adherence to strict technical specifications, and the provision of an unconditional 10-year guarantee on all flat concrete roof repairs. All work will be supervised by an NHBRC-appointed competent person. Rates for services are fixed for the duration of the contract and will be paid according to a set Bill of Quantities. A non-compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 28 August 2026 at the NHBRC Head Office in Johannesburg, though bidders should note that site inspection requirements may be mandatory for qualification.
