Additionally, the provider is responsible for installing reflective 'No Dumping' signs. All collected waste must be disposed of at the Lenting village landfill site. The provider must submit detailed reports with photographic evidence of all completed tasks to support their invoices. The project will be evaluated using an 80/20-point system, and bidders must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70 points to be considered for the award.
