Description

The Lepelle-Nkumpi Local Municipality invites bids for the hiring of a waste collection fleet, the digging of graves, and the cleaning of illegal dumping sites. This contract will run for a period of 36 months on an as-needed basis. The work involves waste collection, site cleaning, and grave excavation across all municipal wards. The service provider must supply machinery including tipper trucks, TLB units, skip trucks, compactor trucks, and grab trucks. Additionally, the provider is responsible for installing reflective 'No Dumping' signs. All collected waste must be disposed of at the Lenting village landfill site. The provider must submit detailed reports with photographic evidence of all completed tasks to support their invoices. The project will be evaluated using an 80/20-point system, and bidders must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70 points to be considered for the award.
