The Vaal-Orange Catchment Management Agency (VOCMA) is seeking a professional service provider to review and optimize its organisational structure. The project involves conducting a diagnostic assessment, designing a future-state structure, defining priority positions, and developing a sustainable funding model. The service provider will also update HR and governance policies and facilitate stakeholder engagements. The work will be performed over a four-month period.
