Description
The KwaZulu-Natal Department of Public Works and Infrastructure invites bids for event services to commemorate Youth Month. The project requires the provision of catering for 100 guests, including breakfast and lunch, a professional sound system with two roving microphones, minor décor including backdrop signage and draping, and two sign language interpreters. The event will take place on 12 June 2026 at 455A Jan Smuts Highway, eThekwini Mayville. Bidders must provide a detailed breakdown of unit prices for all items. The tender is subject to an 80/20 preference point system. All services must be delivered in accordance with the specifications provided by the Department. The closing date for all submissions is 09 June 2026 at 11:00 AM.
