The files must be 180 grams with a 3 cm gusset, include specific labels, and feature plastic-coated clips. The successful bidder must manage bulk printing, storage, and delivery within 10 working days of receiving an order. Bidders must prove they have the capacity for national distribution and a backup plan for business continuity. A compulsory briefing session will be held on 23 July 2026.
