The City of Tshwane is seeking a service provider to host and manage its Fraud Hotline for a six-month period. The successful bidder will operate a 24/7 call centre, providing toll-free, WhatsApp, Telegram, and web-based reporting services in at least four official languages. Key responsibilities include managing case reports, translating data into English, uploading information to the City’s system within 24 hours, and reporting urgent threats to the Metro Police. The provider must also perform case tracking and submit monthly analysis reports. The project requires handling approximately 250 calls per month and includes a 30-day hand-over period at the end of the contract.

- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.

- Up-to-date municipal accounts for company and all directors
- Four call centre agents and two project managers with certified qualifications
- Project managers must have 5 years forensic or legal practice experience
- Company must have 2 years call centre management experience with references
- Police clearance certificates for all personnel to be deployed
