Description
The Ports Regulator of South Africa invites service providers to design, compile, edit, proofread, print, and deliver their 2025/26 Annual Reports. The project involves creating five creative design concepts, formatting 150-page A4 reports, and providing high-quality printing with perfect binding. Key deliverables include 50 printed copies, two branded USBs, and final digital files for web and email use. The work must be completed according to a strict schedule, with the first draft due on 24 July 2026 and final delivery required by 28 August 2026. Bidders must provide firm pricing inclusive of all taxes. The tender is evaluated on an 80/20 preference point system. All work must be performed in consultation with the Ports Regulator to ensure accuracy and professional standards.
Full requirements
- Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD)
- Valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit required
- Two reference letters for report design, editing, and printing experience
- Graphic Designer and Editor must each have five years of relevant experience
- Must be tax compliant via CSD or SARS eFiling
