The National Lotteries Commission is seeking a catering service provider for an Education and Awareness Workshop. The event will take place on 27 October 2026 at the Noordhoek Community Hall in Velddrif, Western Cape. The service provider must supply lunch for 100 delegates, including specific starch, meat, vegetable, and salad options, as well as beverages. The provider is responsible for all cutlery, crockery, and tablecloths, and must ensure the venue is cleaned of all waste after the event. The project is a one-day engagement starting upon receipt of an official purchase order.

- CSD registration — Registration on the Central Supplier Database — required to do business with government.
- Tax clearance — A valid SARS tax compliance status (PIN) showing your tax affairs are in order.
- B-BBEE certificate — A B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit confirming your contribution level.
- Letter of Good Standing — COID registration and a Letter of Good Standing from the Compensation Fund.
- Other registration — An industry registration the tender requires (e.g. PSIRA, NHBRC, a professional or trade licence).
