The successful bidder must provide a detailed, objective, and fully motivated valuation report that adheres to the International Valuation Standards and the Property Valuers Profession Act. The work must be performed impartially to ensure accuracy. This tender is issued by the Department of Land Reform and Rural Development in Limpopo.
