The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) Eastern Cape invites accredited service providers to deliver virtual ITIL 4 Foundation training for three officials. The training program will span five days and must include the official training manual, online examination access, and a one-year PeopleCert Plus membership for each participant. The curriculum must cover the ITIL 4 service value system, service value chain, and key IT service management practices. The project aims to prepare participants for the ITIL 4 Foundation certification exam. All proposals must be submitted by 07 August 2026 at 11:00.
